Amer Ansar
A previous student of Nelson and Colne College, Amer is an Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA). Amer is Senior Tax Manager at Liberty Global, the world’s biggest TV and broadband company, operating in 10 European countries as Virgin Media, Unitymedia, Telenet and UPC. After graduating in Accounting and Finance from the University of Birmingham, Amer was an independent business owner based in Nelson, then developed his audit specialism through achieving his ACA accreditation and progressing through various roles at KPMG – most latterly being an Assistant Tax Manager, prior to joining Liberty Global.
